Terms of Use for Immersion

These terms apply when you use Immersion at https://useimmersion.app. By creating an account or using the apps, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use Immersion.

1. Who we are

Immersion is operated by Aminat Abiola Olatunji, Berck-sur-Mer, France. Contact: hello@useimmersion.app.

2. Your account

You need an account to use the apps. Give accurate details, keep your sign-in secure, and tell us if you think someone else has access. You are responsible for what happens under your account. You must be at least 15, or have a parent or guardian's consent.

3. Using Immersion

Immersion is for personal language learning. Please do not misuse it: no attempts to break, overload or probe the service, no automated scraping, no reselling, and no use that breaks the law or the rights of others.

4. Radio and third-party content

The radio apps connect you to streams run by independent broadcasters. We do not host, own or control that content, and we are not responsible for it. Stations can change or remove streams at any time, so a station may stop working without notice. Station names and logos belong to their owners.

5. Our content

The Immersion name, design, code and original content belong to us or our licensors. You may use them to use the service, but not copy or redistribute them without permission.

6. Availability and changes

Immersion is provided "as is" and may change, pause or stop. We try to keep it running but cannot promise it will always be available or error-free. We may update these terms; if the change matters, we will update the date above and tell signed-in users.

7. Ending your account

You can stop using Immersion and ask us to delete your account at any time by emailing privacy@useimmersion.app. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

8. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of Immersion. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under the law that cannot be limited.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live.
